Bring your boats and join Wingra Boats as we take a group paddle from Olin Park along the Monona shoreline to Law Park then returning to Olin to continue the festivities. This is a “fun paddle”. Bring the family, show off your wood canoe/kayak and join others who love paddling as we enjoy the beautiful paddle under the Monona Terrace.
This is a group paddle open to all canoeists, kayakers and SUPers. Wingra Boats will offer additional canoes and kayaks you can rent for the paddle and proceeds will support their outdoor education fund.
- The Group will meet at 9:30 am Depart at 10:00 am
- Approximate paddle time 1 to 1.5 hrs. Any skill, age, paddled craft welcomed!
- This paddle will take place rain or shine (yet will be canceled due to thunder/lightning).
- Participants must wear (16 and under)/have in the boat a US Coast Guard approved PFD’s
- All participants must sign a waiver prior to participation. Participants under 18 must provide parental consent form signed by parent of guardian.
